Is it possible to drink tap water?

The most important in a nutshell:

Tap water is the best thirst quencher. It is of very good quality everywhere in Germany. It is cheaper than bottled mineral water. In addition, the climate impact of mineral water in Germany is almost 600 times higher than that of tap water.

And do you drink enough?

Those who drink enough increase their well-being, prevent headaches and poor concentration.

Tip: Always let water for drinking or cooking run until it comes out of the tap cool. This can take up to 30 seconds.

Sports classes or the gym unfortunately cost money... there is still so much you can do for free. It is also a sport to meet regularly with friends for football or basketball. If exercising with others isn't your thing, try workouts at home. On YouTube you will find so many different videos, from yoga to endurance training or weight training, that you can do without equipment. Just try it out, there is so much choice! If you prefer to move outside, many parks have free sports equipment to work out on. Or ask for free workshops in youth centers, often sports such as dance groups, boxing training, etc. are offered here or you can borrow sports equipment.
